My question to the Somaliland people is, is the port..
Somaliland commercial port of Berbera was not built the money from certain clan of somaliland. The port don't belong one clan from somaliland.The port construction was not financed by certain clan of Somaliand. My question is, why port manager position is reserved one clan of somaliland .
My question to the Somaliland people is, is the port of Berbera belong to certain clan of somaliland ( Eisa Muse) or belong to all somaliland people?. Why Somaliand government has the culture of appointing Eisa Muse origin as port managers. It seems the port belong to Eisa Muse. This pure triblism policy should end. Demoracy should be in action but not triblism in action.
Over the last number of years, I visited berbera a couple of times. I saw deserted streets and crumbling buildings which the city management didn't paying any attention. I saw a crying city which it's mangment has no interest to develop the port city. Berbera need a an urgent change of management
