Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Rirash also founded the first school
Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Rirash is the author of the book كشف الستور التاريخ عن الصومال وممالك سبعة and was a distinguished interpreter and translator, specializing in interpreting Quranic verses that were broadcast on Hargeisa Radio at the time. He served as an imam and preacher at the largest mosque in Hargeisa, particularly at Al-Nour Mosque. Additionally, he was the Mufti and a revered scholar who answered numerous religious inquiries.
Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Rirash also founded the first school in the 1950s, known as Al-Fellaha School. He was a scholar of grammar and morphology.
