Former Somaliland President Muse Bihi Abdi has extended Eid al-Adha greetings to the people of Somaliland and Muslims around the world, wishing them peace, unity and prosperity during the celebrations.
In his Eid message, Muse Bihi prayed for lasting security, national solidarity and continued stability across Somaliland.
The former president also called for togetherness and mutual support among Somalilanders during the blessed holiday.
Bihi further prayed for relief from drought and difficult living conditions affecting some communities across Somaliland, asking Allah to grant rain, mercy and prosperity to the country.
"Eid Mubarak,” the former president said in his message to the public.
The Eid greetings come as Muslims worldwide celebrate Eid al-Adha, one of the holiest occasions in the Islamic calendar.
