Somaliland parliament has approved today over majority
Somali fragile government which depends on the assistance of foreign donors has the intention to impose export tax to Somaliland livestock export to Saudi Arabia which is worst form of greediness. The weak government which its peace is in hands of foreign countries can't dictate for Somaliand which restored its independence from Somalia in 1991. Somaliland depend on its own resources, but not like Somalia which it's peace and its budget depends on foreign countries help. Somalia is a country which can't survive without the assistance of foreign powers, while Somaliland is an independent country which its peace is homemade, and its budget comes from its own resources but not imported like Somalia. Somaliland is labelled by world neutral observers an oasis of peace, new model of Africa democracy, pocket of stability, an island of peace which located in a region characterized wars and conflicts like Somalia. Mogadishu weak government which is under the protection of foreign countries need first to make in Mogadishu before interfering Somaliland local affairs like its livestock export to Saudi Arabia.
Responding to questions raised by Somaliand parliament members about MoU, Somaliland foreign minister Mr. Abdirahman Bakal said, no one in Somaliland included Somaliland parliament have not noted the details about the MoU until at moment. Hence, we will respond accordingly when saw it and take an appropriate measure about the MoU. Until then, we can't take any decision being short more information about the same. In view of above, it looks like the minster is characterized brilliant and truthful answers.

Somaliland parliament has approved today over majority votes 18 Somaliland cabinet ministers which were recently appointed for various ministerial political position by president Abdirahman. This overall approval reflects a test of popularity for Somaliland new government quality under president Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi. The house of parliament has endorsed the complete list of cabinet ministers which was forwarded to Somaliland parliament to be endorsed. This unprecedented endorsement paves the way these cabinet members to fulfill their respective service in line with their respective duties
