Additionally, Ethiopian federal government in collaboration with somaliland have formed fact finding commitee to investigate the barbaric crimes which the undisciplined ogaden gangs committed against issaq civilians included women and children in particular dacwalay
The barbaric killing committed by ogaden undisciplined gangs remind us of the savage killing committed by ogaden killers against somaliland noble freeedom fighter Mohamed mooge in 80s. The ogaden gangs are hungry to kill maximum number of issaq innocent civilians. The ogaden hatred and enmity against issaq in general is not new but historic which existed way back to centuries
Ogaden gangs wearing ethiopian uniform are banned to operate in issaq community settlements in somali region of ethiopia as they are recognized criminal gangs who are hungry to the blood of issaq innocent civilians. Ethiopia central government recognized them as murders. Formerly, Mustafa cagjar has licensed them to terrorise the issaq civilians in region. But this will not happen anymore

officials which are the following No.1. Ethiopia federal government to be incharge for the area in particular dacwalay. No 2. To rehabilitate and rebuild the villages burned by ogaden gangs. No 3. To make buffer zone which prohibites lylu police to operate and come near the burned community settlements in particular dacwalay. No. 4. To investag the crimes commit by ogaden police against the innocent civilians in dacawalay.
