While somaliland constitution guarantee freeedom of expression and public opinion, however, president Muse Bihi government has imposed restriction & ban with regard somaliland freeedom of speech. This is the reason why the noble Somaliland MP was arrested while returned from UAE. This illegal arrests reminds us sayid Bare regime dictatorship rule .
Most somaliland population across the country has condemned the illegal arrest for Somaliand hero MP Mohamed Abiib who never afraid to speak kulmiye injustice & inequality. In view of above,Somaliand kaah political organization leadership have joined condemning this terror arrest. This is an oppressive rule which is violation for somaliland democratic constitution and human rights declaration of principles which is mandated by united nations character of principles .

The speaker said, the government has violated somaliland constitution article 49 which gives diplomatic immunity for somaliland parliament members. This is reminds us the jungle law in stone age period before civilation .
Muse bihi is encountering his worst political isolation locally, regionally and internationally. Somaliland parliament flatly rejected on large majority to remove diplomatic immunity from noble MP Mohamed Abiib who is the voice of the voiceless. The voting was 56 against 3. This is severe political defeat to Muse bihi and his failed government .
Being unconstitution and illegal arrest,
Muse bihi government should realise immediately and without conditions this noble MP, Mohamed Abiib who sacrificed his effort and his energy to speak about Muse bihi tribalism, nepotism, injustice and discrimination. Somaliland attorney general fake accusations against the honorable MP Mohamed Abiib has failed to work in the ground as 51 parliament members have turned down and flatly rejected the illegal claim. The vote was 51 VS 3 which is severe political defeat to Muse and his government. This is historic political defeat to Muse Bihi who was the source of raising accusation against the Hero MP, Mohamed Abiib.
