The President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Cirro), has highly commended the Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Gideon Sa’ar, for his significant contribution to advancing and strengthening relations between Somaliland and Israel.
