My honourable nationals from Somaliland of all around this world, I want to forward to my friends of Hadhwanaagnews readers
and make them
understand, how an unlawful and lawful administrations work and their
differentiation in practicalities of daily occurrences, So there are
hundreds of different government administrations in every spot of this
globe that we live on it, Nevertheless, no matter where ever they are
situated or which continent belonged to it ( mainland, sea or island),
These above governments can be divided generally in two main categories.
(1) Lawful Administrations and,
(2) Unlawful ones.
Here at the bottom, I will list a number of red points that
separates from each other whether its administered badly or works in the
right democratic governing procedures.
How A Lawful Administration Works?
A lawful administration makes independent and free from government's interference.
(a) This sub-heading under the lawful Administration, People or
inhabitants of that nation has their rights of freedom speech and can
tell what ever they want to criticises, denounces or condemns, if they
saw something wrong, which is inappropriate to their culture, life,
religion or abnormal governing ways at the top circles of those in
administration, instead of this last paragraph, they appreciate it, if
the constitutional law of their country is working properly and applies
same to every national regardless of their sex ( Male or female), clan,
business owners, poor, rich, elderly, child, adult or what ever position
he/she is.
(b) Justice is another main and bombastic point that every living
organisms ( Specially human beings) is needed without excuses, it should
be independent from the hands of selfish administrations ( Like that
from Hargeisa), controlled by the deaf soldiers, those who called them
selves heros ( But not in the real sense).
(c) In the lawful governments, the media centres such as TVs,
Radios broadcasters, newscasters, journalists, and independent
tele-communications are all free from them, despite mal-administration
of two donkey idiot soldiers of the Engaged Mare ( Geenyo Shaaximan) and
his rider, who get remained live from the real heros ( Raggii ma adigaa
ka hadhay), because of hiding at SNM war moments during liberation.
(d) In Lawful Governments, All so called military ranks of army
forces, police divisions ( from lowest marksman to field-marshal) are
absolutely prohibited, banned or forbidden from politics, because they
have to be fair to all population in every section and not to be mixed
up with parties politics, other wise they can not deal the normal people
with equal chances.
(e) MPs ( Members of parliamentarians ), and House of Elders
representatives ( Guurti) have to be and should act independently in the
normal circumstances of democratic processes, but shouldn't be
commanded from dictator's order because this is not his own house, its
owned by the people.
How An Unlawful Administration works?
I want to make you aware the actual meaning of this sub-heading
and how it works, it is exactly the one exiting at Hargeisa, which is a
Clan Administration ( The Rainbow governing body is there). This section
of Unlawful administration is 100% administered or controlled by
dictators, money mongers, mentally damp soldiers as those I named in
previous lawful paragraph I.e the Engaged Mare ( Geenyo Shaaximan) and
his rider,who get remained live from the real heros ( Raggii ma adigaa
ka hadhay),
in short and the conclusion of this article, the unlawful
administrations are unfortunately in the hands of evil wrong doers, and
it is all parties of humanity rights including the five points in the
lawful section. those who are heads of this part, cares no one, but
their intentions is to hold the top chair in every effort they can and
collect the wealth of that particular country, but not deserved, to put
the whole thing in a net shell, the turning point of somaliland's
dictator's failure has come instantly around, their time is up, now it
is time to wipe out from the chair, since they are useless, tribal
minded, selfish and absolutely having no knowledge of administering.
