1. The UAE will upgrade its diplomatic office in Hargeisa to a full embassy.
2. Three new major airports are planned for construction in Hargeisa, Borama and Burco, boosting regional connectivity.
3. A $3 billion railway will be constructed along the Berbera Corridor, linking Somaliland to Ethiopia.
4. The UAE will train 15,000 personnel from Somaliland’s National Armed Forces, Police and Intelligence. Additionally, a new naval base in Berbera will commence operations soon, co-managed by the naval forces of Somaliland (RSL) and the UAE
5. 11 bilateral agreements and 5 MOUs have been signed, covering areas such as trade, security, logistics, banking, agriculture and cultural exchange
